Group Fitness Training
An hour of Group Fitness Training with friends or colleagues, who enjoy exercising outdoors, rather than in a gym.
Training can be targeted to meet the needs of a team training for a specific sport, or for those with a similar goal. Meeting at a park or open area near you.
Group training is always fun and also highly motivational, working interactively with the help and encouragement of an Instructor and other members in the group.
Group fitness workouts are effective, working you harder, improving your fitness level, with the added bonus of the social aspect.
You will benefit from a varied training workout. No two sessions are the same, designed to help you improve all areas of general fitness, also teaching you techniques you can use at home.
