An outdoor group training session in the park for all levels of fitness; from beginners to the more advanced, designed to give you a total body workout, including stretching, cardiovascular and resistance training.

An hour of Fitness in the Park training is not only a great way to get results, you will have a great time achieving them. Pushing yourself to new levels of fitness with an Instructor and other members encouraging you on.

A fun and varied exercise routine, to get fit with other like minded individuals and make new friends along the way.

A great way to train, no gym fees, just turn up to any of the morning sessions and pay on the day!
