"After signing up for a 10k run in July, Colin has helped me not only improve my fitness levels, but also pushed me further than I thought possible, and in just a few short weeks his gentle encouragement has meant that I’m now running longer distances than ever before.

Before training with Colin, I could barely run a few hundred yards without needing to stop for a rest, and chatting while running was out of the question. I’m now confidently running non stop including hills and even managing to chat, and week by week getting closer to my 10k goal.

Not only this but my general understanding of my fitness has increased, to include breathing techniques, alternative exercises and nutritional information. All round, a wealth of fitness knowledge and an excellent trainer!

"Just a quick note to say thanks for the training session the other day. The healthy competition that you managed to get out of me and Steve made the session so much more enjoyable than when I go to the Gym or out for a run.

I actually surprised myself how much extra I managed to achieve with your guidance and encouragement and I’m going to carry on with a similar regime (although I doubt that I’ll be able to push myself quite as hard).
